New guidelines received from RBI in respect of failed ATM transactions effective from 01.07.2011
  • The reduction in time limit for resolution of customers complaints reduced from 12 working days to 7 working days.
  • The compensation amount is applicable only if a claim is lodged with the issuing Bank by the customer within 30 days of the date of transaction.
  • The number of 5 free transactions/month at other Bank ATMs shall be inclusive of both financial or non financial.
